Lake level is 705.89  with water temp in the upper 80’s in the lower part of the lake.  The mid lake area is pretty clear.  The hybrid fishing was pretty tough as the live shad prevailed over a sassy shad imitation, but we did manage a few.  The white bass are breaking up into “wolf packs” and we have been able to take three to four before they spook.  Currently these fish are in the pound and a half to two and a half pounds.

Crappie fishing has been fair in the flats and better in the deeper brush piles with minnows.  Now that the lake is fairly stable the crappie should move back to the flats to feed on the shad.
